Clean and tidy rooms with powerful shower and bath. Lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Great breakfast with attentive breakfast staff. Convenient location near the ferry terminal and boats for Ha Long Bay.

nice rooms and staff, we appreciated our stay in the hotel. we spent our evenings in nearby vinace italian restaurant enjoying drinks and atmosphere. free parking available as well as free wifi. very close to many tourist destinations, like dau go cave, which was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel's central location is a plus, close to the beach and markets. it is conveniently located near the ferry terminal for easy access to Ha Long Bay.
The hotel falls short in some areas, lacking chairs by the swimming pool and having a restaurant with no English-speaking staff.

Enjoyed my New Year stay at a hotel with an amazing view of the surroundings. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and attentive. The location was great as it was centrally located and close to many shops and restaurants. I was also able to book boat tours easily from the hotel.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could have been better. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the food wasn't always fresh.

Spent Xmas at a hotel with great views and decent-sized rooms. the breakfast offered a good variety of food and fresh fruit. Located just a short walk from the beach, markets, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
